Multiple emailaddresses

Can someone please give me a step by step tutorial for a form in which i have 4 radio buttons and every radio button goes to different addresses. besides that i want that the radio buttons go toe multiple addresses ie button 1 goes to 3 addresses, button 2 goes to 3 different addresses etc. i want a textfield beneath that. i have tried for hours now but i van figure it out

I suggest that you start with this FAQ.

The standard Email action will not accept lists of addresses; if you use my custom Email [GH] action that part should work OK.
