Powered by displays, form does not

I looked the forum over, and I did not see this issue.

It does not matter which template, amind or front end. the form does not show.
Not via menu item, not via plugin code. However in all cases the powered by does show.

joomla 2.5.11 downloaded chronoforms component yesterday. so v4 rc ??? plugin shows v4 rc3.
