Sender e-mail

Hello again, I have another question🙂

How do I set the chronoform to automatically add a sender e-mail to the incoming message on the mailbox. Now I have to copy the e mail address from message to the recipient field, and then I can answer the question because if I do not do that, the reply will send to myself.

Use the Dynamic Reply To Email and Reply To Name boxes in the Email action.

It is possible to combine the two fields ?

First field: name + second field: last name
