Auto Validation Bug. Joomla 3.0

Hello,

the auto validation isn't working with joomla 3.0 and chronoform v4. The Browser is showing following js error: ReferenceError: $chk is not defined. Does anyone have a tip on how I could fix this error?

Here is an simple example Page where the error is occurring:

In the meantime I noticed that the Chronoform Mails can't be sent through SMTP. This might be another bug of chronoforms v4. Other functions like massmail for example are working very well.

Regarding the SMTP, Chronoforms doesn't care about that, it just uses the Joomla mail function which is responsible of using whatever mailing handler, so maybe its something with the email settings config, like the from email address.etc
