Can you create a registration form where you can see a list with participants who are already enrolled?

If you input data and click a button to send or ok. Then get your name added to this list. The other data you do not see.
So everyone can see who is already participating in the activity or workshop.

Now I do it with a Doodle but I would like to use a form here.

I think that you could do that fairly easily using a DB Multi-Record Loader action to get the data and then a Custom Element element to lay out a little table showing the data and form inputs.
