Emails Sent are received by recipients as SPAM

Hi,

I've read the FAQ on this subject and followed instructions to no avail. Messages are still received as spam.

Does anyone have an updated list of things to try and possible causes ?

Re-write the emails so that they are less spammy?

Ask the recipients to white-list the from address?

This is my acknowledgement email .. sent after someone completes the form.


Also ... how do you get unknown customers to white-list your address?
Anyone could fill in the form.

Hi cmachanick,

I looked at your form; the admin email has the same To and From email address and so may not be delivered, or may be marked as possible spam.

The Client Email looks OK to me from a quick review.

As you are using Joomla 3 I suggest that you try my Email [GH] action as the standard action does have some bugs with email addresses on Joomla 3.0
