White page and don't show the form

Hi all, 😀 i use Chronoform on 3 my site, and i'm very happy..
but now i have in the first time a problem wiht these my new site, made it joomla 2.5.11/ chronoforms V4 and ice template (IT thestore 4)
I created my form but when i click on the Frontend view , or i go on the page iclude the form, i see the white page ( for esample: http://www.desiolibri.it/index.php?option=com_chronoforms&view=form&Itemid=220) there is some one can helpme?😀 why don't show the form and the template of the site?

Hi Marco,

Please try setting Error Reporting to Maximum in the site Global Configuration temporarily and see if you get a more helpful error message.

if i use the main menu comeback these error:
Fatal error: Call to undefined method JParameter::def() in /var/www/vhosts/desiolibri.it/httpdocs/modules/mod_icemegamenu/libs/menucore.php on line 578

if i use administrator side forms manager/ frontend view comeback the same error:

i'm sorry another question, i want to buy a book for to use Chronoforms v4, but i see only the book for ChronoForms v3, It's the same? the book chronoforms v3 is goog also chronoforms v4 ?

Hi Marco,

It looks as though you are using Joomla! 3 and the Menu hasn't been upgraded to work with Joomla! 3. Disable the menu module and see if that fixes the problem. If it does check for an upgrade.

This error doesn't appear to be directly related to ChronoForms.
