Add captcha to my contact form

I'm no Joomla genius and tired of figuring it out myself. Can someone just do it for me? Let me know the cost? Using 1.5.26 on Hostmonster. Just using the basic contact form at moment and just want a captcha so I stop getting spam from all over the planet telling me that I have unclaimed wealth. Nothing fancy.
