I am having issues with using Chronoforms (Chronoforms_V4_RC3.5.1_J1.5) with Joomla! 1.5.26 Stable.

I have gotten past the error with Mootools to create the form. However, when I enable the CF plugin (just downloaded), I receive the following error for the form page -

"Fatal error: Class 'HTML_ChronoForms' not found in /home/xxxxxx/sequencesoftware.com/plugins/content/chronoforms.php

Any thought or suggestions? If you need additional information please let me know. All system details are below.
