Email Not Working

Hi All, hoping someone can help. I have a couple of forms that I have created and I loaded one onto my site, it appears at the very bottom of this page http://vistatelecomnetworks.com/upgrade/jupgrade/index.php/about-vista/information-center

When I first created it, everything was working, the redirect worked as well as it was sending emails. Then I tweaked something and now the emails have stopped sending. Does anyone know why this would happen?

I even recreated the forms as well as made a simple form but for the life of me I cannot get the emails to send.

I got this working on my own. I remember using Chronoforms in the past and having the same issue and being told, that if you use the wizard you should never view the code within the form as it messes something up. So what I did was I downloaded a sample form from GreyHead and then I modified that making sure not to view the code and everything worked. Hopefully this will help someone else out. I think this could be a bug?

There is no problem in viewing a form. There are possible problems if you switch from the Easy Wizard to the Form Wizard and then try to go back; or if you edit the Form HTML on the Code tab and then re-edit using the Form Wizard. I don't think that either of these apply here though.
