cannot configure basic elements

Hi ~,

I installed without errors ChronoForm Plugin and Component.
I tried to create a new form but I cannot change the configure option in each single basic elements.
In details, when I click on the icons (see attachment) which allows to configure the element, IE, Firefox and Safari do anything.

Any suggestion to fix it?

HI mayhem,

a) Check that you have installed the correct version of ChronoForms for the Joomla! version you are using. There are separate installers for Joomla! 1.5; Joomla! 1.6-2.5; and for Joomla! 3.0

b) Check the Console in your browser web developer tools to see if there are any JavaScript error messages displayed.

Hi Bob,

I have already checked version of chronoform and joomla and I was sure before writing that they were ok.

There were not JS error so I decided to move from a webhosting to another one and with the last one everything was working perfectly.
