Ability for Email Authentication?

I have Chronoforms installed on a site and was wondering if it has the ability for email authentication.

What exactly do you understand by 'Email Authentication'?

Basically what our client is looking for is for the form when submitted to log into the server with a username and password, bypassing spam filters etc.

I'm still not sure that I understand?

You could set up the users as registered users in Joomla! and add username and password boxes to the form - but why not just have them log in?

Or you could build a separate identification system - but that feels like unnecessary work.
