Hello everybody,

I have created a form with some fields (standard with name, adress, etc.) and, in the first version, with a subject checkbox. Later I desided to leave it out so I did.

But strangly enough: when I test my form, this checkbox field "Onderwerp" is in the email send by the form. See below.

Onderwerp * {onderwerp}


When you see the form at the front end, this checkbox is nowhere to be found. See below.

Adres
Postcode
Woonplaats
E-mailadres *
Telefoonnummer *
Eventuele opmerkingen
Voer de code in *

I have looked in the script but couldn't find anything unusual.

Can anybody help me with this?

It looks as though you haven't removed that line from the Email Template.
