Had to change {Topic.title} to {Post.subject}

On or about line 17 in /administrator/components/com_chronoforums/extensions/chronoforums/locales/en_gb/lang.php

I was getting eMail with {Topic.title} not substituted.

Changing to {Post.subject} for CHRONOFORUMS_NEW_REPLY_SUBJECT and CHRONOFORUMS_NEW_REPLY_BODY fixed it.

(1.0 RC2 ... 21.Feb.2013)

Confirmed that problem still exists in 1.0 RC3 -- 25.March.2013

Same fix works.
