receiving strange emails

Hi
I've never had problems with ChronoForms far.
My client tells me she's receiving strange emails. Is sporadic, with fields labeled:

Full Name: {input_text_1}

Email: {} input_text_2

Phone: {} input_text_3

Message: input_textarea_5 {}

sometimes several emails (20-30) in one day and another day is nothing.
The hosting says it is bad mail configuration and suggests enabling a reCAPTCHA. I have Captcha in the form, but i don't know how to configurate ReCaptcha because i dont have custom field like you show in http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MKAigQgYaEs
And I want to know if Recaptcha is instead Captcha or beside.

Which version of ChronoForms are you using?
You can find the version from Site Admin | Extensions | Install/Uninstall | Components in Joomla! 1.5 or Site Admin | Extensions | Extension Manager | Manage in Joomla! 1.6/1.7/2.5.

ReCaptcha is instead of Captcha, not as well as.

The Custom Element element should be available in the Advanced Elements group.

Please can you check the IP address on some of the spam emails and see if there is any pattern?

Hello, sorry for the delay in replying.
The ChronoForms version is 4.0 RC1.9...I think maybe is an old version, because I have Captcha and Recaptcha. But why the joomla system don't say me that is an old version?
There are different IP adress submitted in each email. I changed captcha for recaptcha with the same parameters. I dont know the difference between one or other.
Is difficult to know if the recaptcha is running, because I have to wait the next few days if the error occurs again.
