Checkboxes Group and returning results via email

I am using Joomla 2.59, Chronoforms v4. My form sends the results via email.

I used Checkbox Groups within my form. An example section of which is a follows:

choice 1=Border Terrier
choice 2=Cocker Spaniel

The results returned in the email are "Choice 1", or "Choice 2", etc., rather than Border Terrier or Cocker Spaniel.

How can I configure my form to return the desired response?

Unless you have some special reason for using 'choice 1' put Border Terrier=Border Terrier instead.
