Error after sending form

I am getting the following error when I submit the contact form. The form sends fine but displays this error:

JFolder::create: Could not create directory
Couldn't create upload directroy 1
JFolder::create: Could not create directory
Couldn't create upload directroy 2

Thanks alot. Actually, it tuns out I had the wrong full upload path in the form configuration.
