Exclude "header" text from email results

Hi, I have looked extensively and have not found an answer to this> My client wishes to NOT see the top "header" text that I have above my first field. He's OK with the user seeing it, but does not want it in the email result he receives. He wants the email results to be printed on one page so he can distribute it to his employees in a much more professional manner... so he thinks the top text is making it be 2 pages...which is probably is. SO, how do I exclude the top "header" text in my form from the the email result?
