form submitting with incorrect captcha

Hi,
I have a form that submits to db even if captcha is incorrect.
In "on submit" I have check captcha with "event loop" in "on fail" set to "on load"
Verify captcha is required...

Not sure what else to do

Hi Mark,

Is the Check Captcha action before the DB Save action?

If so, please take a Form Backup using the icon in the Forms Manager and post it here (as a zipped file) or PM or email it to me and I'll take a closer look.
