Yes it looks like there is a bug in the widget code that shows up in IE 7 & IE8 (IE9 and IE10 appear to work OK).

I think that it is linked to this code

MultiUpload.removeAttachment(this)

, the error shows up as "'this' does not support getParent()".

I don't have a quick fix, maybe Max will correct it in a future release.
