Hello again,
I'm having an issue with the security question field.
I have it displaying appropriately (1+1) to start with. If a user enters '2', the form submits appropriately.
My issue is that I want to have a list of questions that are chosen at random. When I do that the form no longer submits and it says my answer is wrong.
I copied/pasted the numbers from the FAQ article on Security questions - to no avail. Same issue presented itself again.
When I went back to just having 1 simple question (like 1+1) it worked again.
Any ideas? Is this feature driven by javascript and perhaps there's a conflict somewhere?

Hi hannylicious ,
There's no JavaScript involved and the security questions worked OK on my tests.
Do you by any chance have site caching turned on? That might explain the problem.
If not, please take a Form Backup using the icon in the Forms Manager and post it here (as a zipped file) or PM or email it to me and I'll take a closer look.
Bob

Yowza!
Not sure how this happened, but once I went through the process in the FAQ again - it worked fine without issue.
I'm sure it was something on my browsers end (keeping a cached session or something) - session caching was turned off in joomla so that wasn't the issue.
I'm not sure why it gave me such a problem, but it's not doing it anymore🙂
As always - you guys are THE BEST. Keep up the amazing work!
Thanks!
