I receive strange emails

From some weeks, as ten times, I have received emails from my website with details of construction of the form:

IP are different.

The contact form on the site works fine

In ChronoForms joomla I have a message that says "Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /home/ausrevis/public_html/administrator/components/com_chronoforms/controller.php on line 143".
I do not know if it is related to the same problem.

I do not know what to do.

For the error message please set site Error Reporting to System Default or to None in the site Global Configuration.
