My form doesn't show

Hi guys,

I have created form in Chronoforms, named 'order'.
I have inserted it on my homepage article, so: {chronoforms}order{/chronoforms},
but I get this message instead:

"There is no form with this name or may be the form is unpublished, Please check the form and the url and the form management."

The form shows ok though, when I use frontend view in Forms manager.

What can be wrong?

I have :

Joomla 2.5
Chronoforms component 4.0 RC3.5.2
Chronoforms module and plugin ver. V4 RC3.0

All are published, including my form.

Please double check all those settings, it's probably going to be one of them :-(

Yeeaaah, now it works!!

There were span tags in HTML - like this: {chronoforms}<span><span><span>order</span></span></span>{/chronoforms}. I have removed them and now it works ok. Thanks a lot!!!😀

Another problem is coming up now 😀 . User fills the form in the frontend, attaches the file to it, and it sends me email with order description ok, but instead of a file attachment I see only {input_file_15} line in my email. What can be wrong HERE ?

Hi Bob,

No, this time it doesn't work 😟 .

Here is what I have, but it still doesn't send an attachment, and what is worse, it doesn't either store uploaded file anywhere (I have set JOOMLA_PATH/orders as my upload directory).

Any hints?

Hi Alex1888,

The input names should be the same - you said input_file_15 in your earlier post but your image has upload_file.
