List Form in Article

sspinos 06 Mar, 2013
hi guys,

I am new to chronoforms and I have a question. I would like to listin a menu item or sth article or whateveris appropriate my chrono form so as when I create several of them one can see them and choose the appropriate one and enter instead of just listing one per menu item. Is this possible ? For example:

I have created with chronoform two forms one is called "form1" and the other one "form2". Right now I can only link one form to menu item. and I want to link several forms in a menu item so as when someone goes to the specific menu item will have the option to select any of them:

menu item: About
|
|
form 1
form 2

thank you

Hi sspinos,

I'm not sure that I understand correctly :-(

As far as I know you can create a new menu item for each form and add them to an existing menu. That's a Joomla! feature.

I think sspinos wish this:
show foms like they are in one blog. (1 menu item, but show 2 forms)
but a chronoforms menu item shows only one form at the same time.
that is why sspinus dont know how to do it.

to get what sspinos wish, there are 2 "easy ways" :
a) use an article with 2 {chronoforms} load tags, and the installed an active chronoforms plugin
b) or a menuitem with 2 chronoforms module assigned
sspinos if i understand right you can use the chronoforms plugin or module, whatever you prefer to do what you wish.

Best Regards

Hi grafik & sspinos,

@grafik: yes that makes sense thank you.

@sspinos: as well as grafik's solutions you can also build one form with several submit buttons so that it looks like several forms. That takes mode coding but can be a useful solution.
