Hi Bob,

I have three forms on this website. This one and this one work perfectly, THIS ONE doesn't email the results. I have checked everything I know (make sure it's enabled, email results, TO field, etc.) including reviewing the forum FAQ and I can't figure it out. The form submits OK and redirects to the thank-you page. But, no emails are ever generated (I checked the server logs and there is nothing in the delivery reports).

The weird thing, as I said, is that the other two forms on the same site are working fine. What am I doing wrong?

Hi Jose,

It's impossible to tell from the front-end.

Please drag a Debugger action into the On Submit event, then submit the form and post the debug - including the 'dummy emails' results here.

Note: if you are using the Easy Wizard you can turn on Debug on the Others tab.

Unfortunately, this is that site where I had to use Chronoforms V3, so I don't have the ability to drag the debugger. I'm taking the liberty of PMing you login information to the CP. Hope that helps.

Hi Jose,

You had the ReDirect URL in the Submit URL box by mistake - so ChronoForms never saw the form results.

PS In CFv3 there's a Debug option on the General tab which works like the Debugger action in CFv4.
