Subject Automatically Added When Replying

1) I'm testing my form and I'm able to get the senders email to show in the "To" field fine but how do I get the subject that the user entered to automatically show in the subject field?

2) Also, the "From email (Required)" email is also showing in the "To" field but I would only like the senders email in that field.

1) Use the Dynamic Subject box

2) I don't understand why you get the From Email showing up in the To Email box? It may show in the From Email box. There's a Joomla! bug that causes that and a FAQ with more info.

Regarding #1, I tried that before I post but it did not work. I tried it again and it's not working.

I add the field name "Subject" in Email > Dynamic > Dynamic Subject. Is that not how I should do it?
