Is there a way to put DIVs around certain sections of my form. For example, I want to separate the contact info ,from the medical info, from the work history, etc...

If you are creating a new form you can use Containers, that's what they are for. If it's an existing form then you can use Custom Code elements with the 'Pure Code' box checked before and after each block.
You can't drag existing elements into a Container so it's sometimes easier, if less tidy, to use the Custom Code approach.
