Field Default Value Does not disapper when clicked inputbox

Hello I ve a form on my site that labels are hidden. The labels appear in inputboxes but they dont disappear when clicked on it. I have to select and delete them to write on it. Site url is http://www.joomlatema.net/alarmdestek (the form on slide area). Thanks for help.

There's no JavaScript on your form to clear them. Please see this FAQ
