Redirect to different pages based on selection

I'd like to create a form that, on submit, will redirect user to different pages based on the choise they made.
Is it possible?

Hi jacopo,

Please see this FAQ. I'd probably use my Event Switcher [GH] with several Redirect User actions.

Hi opocaj,

It's not a Joomla! component or extension, please try installing it using the 'Install Action' icon in the ChronoForms Forms Manager toolbar.
