Hello,
I have a problem. When I checked database I found few rows just with data in cf_... columns.
Where is problem? also mails from these ips, not contains form data.
When I tested form, i had database row filled every time.

There is list of form events:

On Load
Load JS (0)
Load CSS (1)
Show html (3)

On Submit
Auto JavaScript Validation (20)
DB Save (9)
DB Save (24)
Email (10)
Email(11)
Add System Message (22)

Please see this FAQ - it's about emails but the causes of the problems are probably the same.

Thank you for promt answer! I think, that problem is not there, cos most of rows and emails are filled correctly, just few rows and emails are empty. Never before this happends me, and Im using chronoforms few years...
