Simple form with extra-fields when Checkbox enabled

Good Morning

I want to build a simple newsletter form. With 2 required fields: name and e-mail. And a Checkbox "Please send me some more information in Paperform".

Without this Checkbox enabled, i can submit the form.

When i use this checkbox, it would be nice to have some more required fields (with Ajax)like Adress, Zip-Code etc.

Do i have to build this with the event_switcher_gh action?
Do i have to load another form or is this one form with differnt "blocks"?

You can do this with JavaScript - there's a simple example in this FAQ. I think I wrote another example in the forums that extended this to several text inputs.
