Remove the Debug action by clicking the red 'x' icon on it. This is turned on when you switch from the Easy Wizard to the Normal Wizard.
The Email has probably been sent but dropped as spam. Please try changing the from address from (admin)admin@admin.com to an address that matches the site domain.
