I developed a new form on my localhost, now I want to upload just the form and the db table to the hosting site. I have filezilla in place. Is there an easy way to do this? files do I upload?

Hi dj59,

Use the backup and restore icons in the Forms Manager Toolbar to transfer the form(s). You can either recreate the table is it is simple, or export and recreate that using PHPMyAdmin or the AceSQL extension.
