Hi Bob,
I've got an email that two of the mandatory fields left blank.
I've got an Auto server side validation - which this field is required, and onFail >OnLoad.
I didn't manage to recreate the situation which helped the person who filled the form to bypass the mandatory field.
I tried on IE 7,8,9, Chrome and Firefox.
also, I added The no.confilct jQuery you suggested on one of the answers.
Can you please help?

Hi Avia,
In the Auto Serverside Validation action have you added the input names to the 'Not Empty' box? Here 'Required' will accept an empty value.
