a new form

Hi everybody
I did a form where the users type a name of the town after that i need that the town displayed on the bottom of the form, and when is been typed the same town it will start the counter close to the town

How do you get the historic information - the number of previous clicks - into the form?

Probably you just need to add some JavaScript to update the appropriate part of the form.
