Usually this is possible. You can copy the HTML into the Form Code box or use a Custom Element element. Please see this FAQ

I want to import into DB server the form developed locally with chronoform. I want to do this by importing the table of mysql. The tables are only these two? # _chronoforms and #_chronoform_actions.

There are two ways to move forms between sites. Both sites must have ChronoForms v4 installed:
a) You can use the BackUp and Restore icons in the Forms Manager Toolbar.
b) You can copy the two database tables you named from the old site to the new one.
Using the first method is usually simpler.
