Hi all
I'm new on J! and on CF!

I'm trying to use multi file upload, but dosen't works. Maybe for config issues. Can you help me?
I've followed this list:
1. in an empty form I've addeded the widget "multi uploads" on Preview panel.
2. On Configuration of the widget, I've set
General->Field Name= attachments_5[]
General->Label text= Attachment
General->Limit = 3

all other fields on others panels are emplty.
[attachment=1]widget config.jpg[/attachment]

3. I've added a "Submit Botton" element in the form.


4. On Events panel, I've added "upload Files" on "On Submit" events list.
5. I've configurated Upload as:
Setting->Fields Configuration= attachments_5:pdf
Advanced->Array Fields = attachments_5
all other fields are as defuault.

[attachment=0]ev setting all.jpg[/attachment]

When I execute I got:
[attachment=2]view form.JPG[/attachment]

That all looks OK, you need to click the 'Attach File' link in the form to attach a file.

I belive that is a matter of my J! installation: J2.5.8+CF_1.6.
If I export the form containing only the widget and I import it in J3!+CF_3.0 it works perfectly.

Did you think that is matter on my J2.5.8+CF_1.6? Did you think that there are missing files/components? How I can check?

Hi Paolo,

Just reinstall the latest version of CFv4 for Joomla! 1.6-2.5 You don't need to uninstall first.

On my J! instance I've installed and removed some packages/modules/plug-ins. I think that one of them has removed something useful for CF :-(

Starting from scratch a new J2.5.8 instance, the multifile upload works perfectly.
