Mail Function Error

After updating the Joomla from version 1.7 to 1.5.8 the Chronoform is not working any longer.
We also updated the Chronoforms to 4.0 RC3.5.2.

Still the form answeres an error after sending:
Mail-Funktion konnte nicht initialisiert werden!

Before we did the update everything works fine - so it cannot be an server-error!?

I assume that's an upgrade to 2.5.8

Please first check the mail-server settings.

Please drag a Debugger action into the On Submit event, then submit the form and post the debug - including the 'dummy emails' results here.

Note: if you are using the Easy Wizard you can turn on Debug on the Others tab.

There's no email in the Debug output so at a guess the Email action isn't enabled.

Hi Hamboe,

The 'SENT successfully' means that ChronoForms passed the email to Joomla! for sending and got an 'OK' back (though the message isn't totally reliable). Unfortunately your censorship removed the remaining useful info. By all means PM or email me the full detail of the email addresses if you prefer.
