Hi Curt,
Please make sure that you have the latest version of ChronoForms, there were bugs with too many container elements in some earlier versions.
Bob
I just downloaded the newest version from your website, yesterday.
Hi Curt,
Please take a Form Backup using the icon in the Forms Manager and post it here (as a zipped file) or PM or email it to me and I'll take a closer look.
Which version of Joomla! are you running on?
Bob
Using Joomla! 2.5. I tried to send it to you in a PM but it said the extension is not allowed. Saying the same here as well. "The extension cf4bak is not allowed."
Hi Curt,
. . . as a zipped file please. That will post here - or you can email me the cf4bak file to info[at]greyhead.net
Bob
Alright, sorry about that.
Alright Mr. GreyHead,
I have done everything you recommended of me and it continues to crash when I attempt to save. It is occurring when I add a third container to the main container and add three text fields and one text area. I save it, then it sends me back to the Joomla! control panel. Without saving the form.
I really like your form plugin, and have it successfully running on another part of the site in a shorter form.
I adjusted my input_max_vars from 500 that it was at to 2000. The rest of the variables on your FAQ page you listed do not apply.
Any ideas on how I can fix this issue? Would you like the log in information to the site?
Hi Curt,
By all means email or PM me the site URL and a SuperAdmin login and I'll take a quick look.
Bob
PS Just for clarity, ChronoForms is Max's product, not mine.
