Does this event create an Automatic Recurring Billing (ARB) profile or just a one-off purchase? Also, why does it say trial next to it? Is that a paid addon for ChronoForms?

Only 1 time payment, the trial means that its not the full version and will randomize the amounts passed to the gateway, after testing you may purchase the subscription to get the full version patch file.
