form with tabs

Hi, I'm tried to create a form with tab like explain in:

but my form not work.

it's the error:
Fatal error: Class 'JPane' not found in /home/hosting/k/kernel/www/administrator/components/com_chronoforms/form_actions/show_html/cfaction_show_html.php(142) : eval()'d code on line 6

I had try to follow this instruction:

Is this Joomla! v3.0 - if so it looks as though Max has not yet updated the Tabs and Slides code :-( See this thread
