Hi, I have followed the instructions found at http://greyhead.net/how-to-docs/cfv4-unique-id-gh-action but the following keeps happening:
When I try the automated install I get
When I do a manual install, I first need to create the "form_actions" folder but then nothing seems to change i.e. nothing appears in the actions list.

Which version of Joomla! are you using? I haven't updated it for Joomla! 3.0 but it should be OK for 2.5 (at least I don't know of any problems so far).

It looks as though something was corrupt in the zip file - trying to install it crashed my server. However, the files inside the zip all work OK.
I've re-zipped the package and uploaded the new version to my site, I'll PM you a copy now.
