Registration Form in CF4

Hallo.
Since I don't want automatic registration for the new users, I have created a Registration Request Form for my website:

The Form is OK (thank you for your good tutorials...), but I would like to:

1) Send a customized message (=Registration Request) to the two Administrators' e-mail addresses.

2) Send a customized message to the new User's e-mail address with the datas he just inserted in the Registration Request Form.

3) Have a simple page with a customized thank-you message, just after the submit (invia) button. Of course I can create the page as a normal Joomla article.

All these three steps were easy in CF 3 but with CF 4....I'm completely lost....sorry!

The customized thank-you message can be easily found in the Actions panels (Wizard edit).
