Hi,
I have a problem with a chronoform registration form constructed in accordance with your tutorial “How to create a Joomla registration form”.
I am using chronoforms V4 on Joomla 1.5
The problems are with the joomla Global Configuration which appear to have an adverse effect on the chronoform constructed registration form.
The form within the tutorial works well but only if the Joomla 1.5 Global Configuration (System)(User Settings) (Allow User Registration) is set to YES.
However, with this set to YES it also allows Front End User Registration from the Login form using the Joomla Registration Form thus circumventing the chromoform registration form.
If set to No it removes the ability to use the joomla registration form but does not allow user e-mail activation of their account.
Help!!
Without hacking the joomla Login form to remove front end registration, is there a solution to this or can anyone suggest how to construct and use a chronoform constructed Login form?
