form does not display (getting a joomla registration)

I am trying to get joomla registration page. I have used to work in Chrono forms old version. But with the new version its bit hard to find Enable joomla registration as the PDF tutorial says.

Can someone guide me how to do it.

i have publish the form but still it does not display in the front view.

You can use the Joomla! User Registration action from the Joomla! Functions action group to build a registration form.
