install chronoforms error

Hi, i'm tryng to install chronoforms on a joomla 1.6 website but it gives me this error

Unable to write entry

i've found there is another installation of chronoforms i'tryie to delete but it's still there i can't delete the old noe and i can't install the new one and in ftp there is a strange numbre for these folders owner 4848 what is it?is it a permission problem??
how could i do to make it work?thank you

It looks like a permission problem - to be writeable the folders probably need to be 644??

yes, when i try to install manually the unzipped folder Chronoforms_V4_RC3.5.1_J1.6 it tells me insert a package folder and it doesn't install what's wrong?? i need to install it asap what could i do??

Hi, i've done the migration from joomla 1.6 to joomla 2.5 but i can't install it for the same error i install this package Chronoforms_V4_RC3.5.1_J1.6 isn't it?? could you take a look please i'll send you login information, please help me i need to install it, i'll pay for the disturb, thank you
