[SOLVED] Dropdown options translate

Hi,
I'm building a form in Italian and English language; action "Multi Language" work ok and labels are translated correctly. Also translations of the "default value", "instructions" and "tooltip" are ok.
Now my problem:
In the form I have a dropdown menu and I need to translate its content too but I do not know how to do, I did a couple of tests but without success.
Also in this form I need to translate an "formatted text", is it possible? How?

The 'text' part of the options list will be translated by the Multi-Language plug-in OK.
