[SOLVED] Problems with JS Validation

Hi. I am having trouble with JS validation in one of my forms. I have it set to Spanish but it's not accepting the special characters like 'ñ' or 'á'. So, I would need to know how to fix that if possible.

The weirdest thing, though, is that since I am using custom code validation, I thought of just turning JS validation off, but when I try to set it to set the Enable JS validation option to No, it is not disabled.

All other options work, like Theme or Errors event, but the language is not set to Spanish and I cannot disable it either, which leaves me with no solution. Any thoughts?
