Submit to send email

I would simply like to create a form to allow the client to send a request for quote. How do I perform the setting of the "Submit"? It is not necessary that the data are collected in the database of Joomla, it is important to come to my mailbox.

Thank you again Bob, but I think I did it ok. The funny thing is that it doesn't show as you select the frontend view but it does if you place it in an article!!!
I am dealing with something which appears to me difficult...
I have set up the email to let the client send me his request for a quotation. I simulated a customer requesting a quote using the form email. Everything worked fine, except that the sender turned out to be me ...
how should I set up the "From name" field in the static tab so that it is the name of the customer making the request?
Of course, the customer will always be different, maybe I have to use the dynamic range?
