I can comprehehnd why in the email report is not present value for cf_ipaddress and cf_created even if this value are stored in DB.
All other value inserted by user in the template are present in email.

Please try putting {chronoform_data.cf_ipaddress} and {chronoform_data.cf_created} in the Email template.
NB change chronoform_data to the Model ID if you have specified a different one.
